I love this book! I purchased it to make quiet books for my Grandson and granddaughter. This is the best book because instructions are easy to follow, templates are ready to use ( no thought about cut and layout) is done for you, and subject matter is cute. It will be fun to start this project!
I have been considering making a quiet book but didn't want to have to do a lot of the grunt work, & this book has taken care of a LOT of the things that made it seem like a nearly impossible task. Her suggestions for materials are great - she definitely uses things I wouldn't have thought of. Her ideas are super creative and the CDROM templates are clear and easy to use. GREAT book. Can't wait to try it!!
I got this book thinking I can have some new ideas for a quiet book I'm making. Not only idea but patterns and how tos. Well this book provided none of that. Everything in this book I already found online for free including templates. Trust me when I say this save the money to buy material and use Google for ideas.
lots of stuff to make
I have never considered making a quiet book before but this book has not only inspired me to make one, but has all the information I need to not only simplify the project but actually make it fun!! This book includes clear instructions and patterns for beautiful and unique pages...along with ideas for activities to do with the pages. It also includes printable images to use with some of the pages. If you're considering making a quiet book you can't go wrong with this book!
It looks like something I will definitely use, however, I did not receive a CD as indicated in the listing.
